Mike Tyson, Jake Paul party it up at star-studded Trump inauguration

How can you not be romantic about politics?

Supposed foes turned into friends during one of many of President Donald Trump’s celebratory galas as both Jake Paul (27) and Mike Tyson (58) attended his inauguration Monday.

Paul put his former boxing foe on his shoulders while at a Washington D.C. party that featured a wild collision of A-list celebrities and national power brokers.

Tyson put his hands over his face in nervousness while Paul came from behind him to raise him up on his shoulders as attendees watched and cheered.

The former heavyweight champion eventually put his fist up in celebration while Paul held him high.

Paul and Tyson fought to an uninspiring decision on Nov. 15 as fans watched in dismay while Tyson could barely stand after just a few minutes of low-action fighting.

Many noted that the two combatants were a bit too friendly inside the ring, with Paul later admitting his hesitancy to knock out the boxing legend.

The bout, which was streamed on Netflix live from Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium, made both fighters millions of dollars as the gate was $16 million.

Tyson and President Trump have had a longstanding strong relationship, as the leader of the free world hosted many of the boxer’s fights at his hotel in Atlantic City.

They were joined in a transport vehicle by podcaster Theo Von and Nelk Boys founder Kyle Foregard, among others.

Von told McGregor, who was sitting next to Paul’s mother, Pam, to “Keep your hands off Pam.”
